My dad has the coolest job

Today i went to my dad's workplace to work on a collaborative project for my Beyond Pictorial Conventions class. I took some photos of his studio as its really neat! He works at an architectural modelmaking firm in downtown toronto, as a painter. :)
more photos to come, and I'll also be updating with the results of our collaborative project (if its any good :P)

my album art for MUSE... lots of trial and error with this project, i had a ton of drafts for it. and still working on some ideas...

hmmm, everything looks so much nicer when its scanned in! maybe i'll scan in and re-upload some previous stuff, the effect is much nicer then crummy photos of the work haha.

cannot wait until this semester is over, so I can start focusing on my own personal work! :)

Perfume

I had to design a cover for the novel Perfume. I hand drew the butterflies and scanned them into photoshop, working with an element from a photogram that I developed a few years back.

Not the best at photoshop and digital media in general, but I'm trying! :)

don't have a lot of time to draw these days because my profs are out to get me.. hwk load is pretty intense and i kind of am starting to think that its all accumulating just to spite me hahaha.

A few double exposure pics I found at my house. Taken last year.. I know I haven't been updating as much as I should, but hopefully I'll find some time to upload more stuff soon!!!

I miss taking pics with my analog camera.. definitely need to get on that. I misplaced my digital point and shoot, so maybe thats a sign!
