Read all the books on my shelf that haven't yet been read, and then go to the library and get more books to read.

Start reading in Polish

Take up baking again (make delicious cheesecakes)

Go to T.O. several times before I leave for Poland and take pictures of Queen Street and whatnot.

Try and have more fun at OCAD next year.

Start advertising for my pillow-making business

Be more optimistic about things :D

That is all! when I think of more resolutions, I'll be sure to post 'em! (its sad that I havent acted on any of these yet... but the time will come... I'll post photos of my progress, maybe :P)

Room Makeover

Antique-ing

Went into an antique store and bought an old chandelier that I was eyeing for quite some time. I've aways wanted one to hang in my room... Chandeliers possess a particular old-world grandeur that I find incredibly intriguing. Its absolutely gorgeous, and apparently my cat has taken a liking towards it, too. =D

Feeling Inspired.

Took some photos in/around my house and in the neighborhood. I should start carrying my camera with me everywhere!!

Spring!

The Clothing Show!

I went to The Clothing Show at the Better Living Centre at Exhibition place yesterday. There I participated in a fashion photography competition.. the only catch was that you had to take photos during the actual event. I wasn't really motivated to take good pictures for some reason, and so I just took a few photos of vintage items, inanimate stuff... I wish that I took more pictures of the actual people at the event, as they were all decked out in the most amazing outfits... but if anything, I'm now more motivated than ever to start wearing crazy vintage clothes again... oh, and brooches!!! XD

I bought two vintage dresses from the event.. I'll post those pictures later :P

Photography.

Here are some photos that I took for my Narrative Series and Sequences photography class at OCAD. The photos needed to be based/influenced by Hitchcock's movie Vertigo. There didn't need to be an obvious or direct reference to the movie visible in the photos, which is why I decided to focus on the dream element in the movie, and which is also why at first glance the series doesnt necessarily bring the movie to mind, lol.
